application of natural element method NEM in reinforced slope analysis

in reviewing the stability of reinforced slopes which are often main component of vital arteries like roads finding the most probable slip surface and factor of safety is the main target this paper is based on finding exsiting stresses in the soil and geogrid under static loading and linear elastic zone with using NEM which is one kind of meshfree methods by combining numerical analyzsis and limit equilibrium methods factor of safety is obtained .
